ENTRY FORM FOR DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

ALL guests must fill out the Dominican Republic Immigration Form prior, to leaving country of origin.  

This can be done weeks prior to traveling.

FROM AIRPORT TO RESORT

FOR THOSE WHO DID NOT BOOK  VIA DESTINATION WEDDING TRAVEL SITE:

Arrangements can be made through the hotel prior to your arrival or feel free to schedule with one of the many vendors located within the airport. There are available taxi's and transportation services as you exit the airport terminal.  Tips for the taxi's driver are always appreciated. $5 to $10 tip would be appropriate.  The drivers will take US currency. 

FOR THOSE WHO BOOKED THROUGH DESTINATION WEDDING:

Your travel arrangements include shared round-trip transportation from the airport to Hyatt Ziva/Zilara Cap Cana. In order for us to schedule your transportation, we require your flight details.

Another email to confirm your flight details will be sent closer to travel.

Your transportation vouchers will be sent to you within one week of your departure date.

If there is a schedule change within 72 hours of departure, please update your flight information using the link below.We also encourage you to contact the number on your transportation voucher as well as your Specialist to alert them of this last-minute schedule change.
